Exify was formed as a Limited Liability Company in the State of Texas on June 19, 2003 by two principal partners: Richard Hooper and Sean O'Reilly. A brief cv of the two partners follows.

Richard Hooper, PhD, PE - Dr. Hooper has earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas and a PhD in Robotics from the University of Texas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a  former principal engineer at Eaton corporation, Dr. Hooper now works as a technical consultant in robotics and automation and as an expert witness. Sean O'Reilly - Mr. O'Reilly earned a bachelor's degree from Rice University in Business Management. He has over twenty years experience in business management, marketing and sales. He also has extensive experience in the energy and gas trading businesses. Mr. O'Reilly is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Exify.
