Laurence A. Jacobs, MD, a Chicago area doctor,

Dr. Jacobs is the Chairman of the Gynecologic
Laparoscopy / Endoscopy Committee at Lutheran General Hospital – a major teaching medical center in the Chicago area. Dr. Jacobs is a Mayo Clinic trained Reproductive Endocrinologist/Infertility
expert practicing in the Chicago area for over 20 years. Dr. Jacobs, who is on staff at Lutheran General Hospital, Northwest Community Hospital, and Highland Park Hospital has his practice at the Fertility Centers of Illinois, S.C. where he primarily practices at his Glenview and Buffalo Grove offices. Most of Dr. Jacobs’s patients come from the northwest suburbs with others coming to him from throughout the Chicagoland area and the Midwest.
